It is characterized by burning a significant number of calories and is suitable for all age groups, regardless of their cultural backgrounds and environments.

Certificate: This course qualifies you to become a trainer with an internationally recognized certificate from Euro REPS, Emirates REPS, and Australia REPS. It awards 16 points in the UAE Fitness Professionals registry and grants automatic membership in Fet Global, with updates on information, releases, and music every six months.
