Mat pilates Course

 

Mat Pilates Specialization:

A specialization aimed at increasing balance, stability, posture alignment, and strengthening the core muscles.

Neuromuscular training in Pilates contributes to creating a toned physique through spinal alignment, enhancing rib and shoulder stability, and improving control and stability of the pelvic floor and internal abdominal muscles.

  1. Teaching the fundamentals of Mat Pilates
  2. Training on 50 basic technical exercises
  3. Steps to increase strength, balance, and stability through practical application training

 

The course material includes theoretical books and accompanying videos for the positions.

Lectures are not recorded, and attendance is mandatory.

Exam:

For Mat Pilates, there will be 15 positions. You will learn how to teach them to others and what each exercise targets.

 

Certification:

This course qualifies you to become a certified instructor with an internationally recognized certificate from Euro REPS, Australia REPS, and UAE REPS, earning 16 CPD points in the UAE fitness professionals registry. You will also gain automatic membership in Fet Global.

A FET certificate accredited by European REPS after passing the practical exam.
