Functional Training Specialist Course is the first course in kingdom with the flavor of special training, which is contain of variety of training programs to handle all cases, The passed instructor can do special training programs for the following group of people:

1.Normal People.

2.Women after deliver a baby.

3.Injured people.

4.People who had an operation.

5.Athletes

Trainees can achieves their goals and get amazing results within short period, and that happening by using basic fitness equipment’s (Robes, Weights, Boxing bags, fitness balls, tire, and etc.).
