IRON FET
The IRON FET program was designed in a scientifically studied way based on the best practices for lifting weights and safe methods for them. It is based on the Super Set method for lifting weights and this type of round training, which targets two muscles, back to back, without rest between rounds. The super set mechanism was integrated and built on the basis of group exercise rules, where the movements became consistent with the wonderful and unique music rhythms at FET Academy.
The IRON FET program works to activate the entire body’s muscles during the training session, such as (shoulders, chest, back, biceps, triceps, legs, and core muscles) with various exercises to target the muscles at different angles.
The duration of the course is three days, full of new sciences, beautiful challenges, and knowledge that will take you to a higher sporting level. You will learn many techniques for lifting weights in a correct and safe way. You will also develop skills for group exercises so that you can master and complete all the techniques in keeping with the beat of the music.
This course is approved by the Euro REPS (EREPS) and the Emirati REPS with 16 CPD points and is suitable for all beginner and advanced sports groups who want to learn to lift weights and improve their physical fitness at the same time
