Professional Personal Trainer Diploma from FET Academy:

This professional diploma is designed for fitness trainers, students, and graduates in the field of sports sciences. It delves into the sciences of movement and biomechanics, with an in-depth study of personal training and the cases we began studying at Level 3. It also presents the latest research in the world of personal training and program design. Our trainers at Level 3 are of the highest level of professionalism. Level 4 is a specialization level for those who wish to deepen their knowledge in personal training or become head coaches or trainers of trainers.

Study System:

The duration of study is 3.5 months, equivalent to 700 hours. We will establish a collaborative partnership to fulfill this requirement. The remainder of the study will consist of practical and theoretical applications through the LMS study system.

What is the LMS Study System?

Given the extensive duration and amount of information, FET Academy has collaborated with leading technology development companies in the IT field worldwide to create the personal trainer diploma based on a professional LMS study system. This system operates through a dedicated mobile application for phones and tablets, where lessons are presented in a readable and visual format that can be accessed at any time throughout the day. Upon completing a lesson, students can ask questions via comments below the lesson, which will be answered by the teaching staff. Weekly meetings via Zoom will be held once a week to clarify key points, answer student questions, and monitor their progress. The minimum requirement for completing weekly lessons is four; the goal is to synchronize the cohort of trainers in their studies since we have designated a start day for the course, concluding after 3.5 months with weekly meetings and daily follow-up on study progress.
