FET Academy offers the Step Izone course in a new and developed form for safe and effective step training, as we have combined the traditional building method in the medium-intensity session with high-intensity training in a safe low step. The Step Izone course includes the latest methods of step training.

This course is approved by the Euro REPS (EREPS) and the Emirati REPS with 16 CPD points. It is suitable for all beginner and advanced sports groups who want to learn modern training techniques for group classes and improve their physical fitness at the same time.

  1. Students will learn how to lead a training session and monitor and correct their clients’ techniques during the session
  2. Course participants will learn how to deal with attendees if some of them suffer any injuries
