Program Overview
The Aerotensity specialization is one of the dynamic, high-energy programs at FET Academy. It is an intensive training program that combines high-intensity cardio exercises with professional rhythmic music, aimed at enhancing cardiovascular fitness, improving physical endurance, and developing skills for delivering group classes in an interactive and enjoyable manner.
The program focuses on training instructors to lead high-energy classes that rely on the synchronization of movement and musical rhythm, creating an engaging training experience that attracts participants and enhances their commitment and enjoyment of exercise.
Program Duration
26 training hours over 3 days
This specialization is internationally accredited in all countries, including the Middle East, Europe, East Asia, and America, with the following credentials:
• EREPS LLP 10 accreditation worldwide
• UAE REPS CLD 16 accreditation
Additionally, it is registered in the UAE Fitness Professionals Registry and provides membership in Fit Global for updates on information and music every six months.
