Program Overview
The MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) specialization is one of the dynamic training programs at FET Academy. It combines several martial arts such as Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Karate, and Kickboxing within a comprehensive training system.

The program focuses on developing cardiovascular fitness, physical strength, muscular endurance, and reaction speed, in addition to teaching the fundamentals of defensive and offensive movements in a safe and professional manner.
