IRON FET
IRON FET Program
We do not offer IRON FET as a traditional weight session, nor do we believe in training based solely on exhaustion or lifting weights without awareness.
IRON FET is a practical training program that relies on studied strength, movement control, and performance quality.
The goal is not to exhaust the body but to build a strong, balanced body capable of endurance without injuries.
The program is based on a fundamental belief that:
True strength is not built by weight alone, but by the quality of movement and the timing of effort.
The course integrates:
1. Weightlifting exercises
2. Compound exercises
3. Muscle endurance exercises
4. Musical rhythm as a guiding element for the session
The aim is to develop muscular strength, improve body composition, and elevate overall fitness levels within group classes suitable for various levels.
Training Hours
26 training hours (theoretical + intensive practical application)
Program Objectives
The IRON FET course aims to prepare instructors capable of:
1. Delivering a group training session using weights (the release)
2. Developing muscular strength and building muscle mass safely
3. Increasing fat burning rates and improving body shape
4. Applying correct performance techniques and movement control
5. Managing high-energy group sessions without sacrificing safety or quality
In IRON FET:
Weight is a tool, not the goal.
Exhaustion is not an achievement; control is the achievement.
Speed is not a priority; timing and quality are fundamental.
