IRON FET _ JORDAN

Overview

About this course

We do not offer IRON FET as a traditional weightlifting session, nor do we believe in training based solely on exhaustion or lifting weights without awareness.
The program is a practical training course based on studied strength, movement control, and performance quality.

The goal is not to exhaust the body but to build a strong, balanced, and resilient body without injuries.

The program is founded on a core belief that:
True strength is not built by weight alone but by the quality of movement and timing of effort.

The course integrates:
1. Weightlifting exercises
2. Compound exercises
3. Muscle endurance training
4. Musical rhythm as a guiding element for the session

The aim is to develop muscular strength, improve body composition, and elevate overall fitness levels within group classes suitable for various levels.

Training Hours
26 training hours (theoretical + intensive practical application) over 3 days

International accreditation certificates will be awarded upon passing the practical exam, along with a certificate accredited by REPs Europe, Emirates REPs, NASM, and AFAA with the highest continuing education points.

Program Objectives
The IRON FET course aims to prepare trainers capable of:
1. Delivering group training sessions using weights (the release)
2. Developing muscular strength and safely building muscle mass
3. Increasing fat burning rates and improving body shape
4. Applying correct performance techniques and movement control
5. Managing high-energy group sessions without sacrificing safety or quality

In IRON FET:
Weight is a tool, not the goal.
Exhaustion is not an achievement; control is the achievement.
Speed is not a priority; timing and quality are fundamental.

The class is managed by adjusting intensity and rhythm according to participants' levels. The trainer focuses throughout the session on correcting performance, ensuring safety, and maintaining movement quality during exercises.
