This system optimizes your time and effort, allowing you to access the LMS at your convenience, attend video lectures, read the material, and complete quizzes at the end of each lesson to ensure understanding and reinforce knowledge.

Imagine yourself as the gym manager and you want to develop an appropriate plan for managing the gym's departments (Sales Department, Marketing Department, Fitness Department, Human Resources Department, Training and Development Department, Locker Room Department, Reception Department).

1. What will you do?
2. How will you implement it?
3. What are the roles and responsibilities of each department?
4. How will each department execute its tasks (templates, reports, and forms)?
5. How will you utilize the results of each department in other departments (e.g., marketing results will be used by the sales department)?
6. Specifications for each facility and how to manage that facility (e.g., GX room requirements, scheduling with templates, follow-up procedures, and when to change classes or instructors).

Certification: Participants will receive an internationally recognized certificate accredited by EuropeActive and Emirates REPs, along with a certificate of attendance for 100 hours.

Learning Tools:
The program includes two professional study platforms:
1. A continuous remote learning platform that enables trainers to access it as a reference for creating training programs for clients and following up with them.
2. An instant study platform that allows trainers to study at any time and take tests.
3. Two meetings via Zoom or Teams with the master trainer - each session lasts 4 study hours - to explain training points during practical application.
4. Total study hours: 100 hours.
5. Ready-made templates and schedules designed for immediate use.
6. A professional application platform with free usage for two months for scheduling appointments with clients and sending exercises effortlessly, either remotely or in person.

Note: The course includes open-book quizzes and a project submission (no final exam).

Course Price: 2750 Saudi Riyals + 150 payable upon project submission.
